Description
Børge Mogensen’s exquisitely crafted Huntsman Chair was introduced at the 1950 Copenhagen Cabinetmakers’ Guild Exhibition alongside the designer’s similarly styled Hunting dining table. The pliant back and seat are fashioned in thick saddle leather with a sculpted frame in solid oiled-finish walnut or oak. Contrasting support brackets and buckles in a choice of brass or stainless steel subtly underscore the rugged but refined nature of the seating.
