The Low Profile QuickBOLT Kit offers installers an efficient way to mount panels to composite roofs without compromising water resistance. The 10mm x 46mm rail slot accepts 5/16″ or 3/8″ bolts, providing flexibility and compatibility with various mounting systems. To properly compress the MicroFlashing® with the QB1, a minimum torque of 125 Lbs/Inch is required for lengths of 5-1/4”, 7”, 8”, and 9”. The kit includes a 3” Microflashing® for QuickBOLT, made from stainless steel and EPDM to form a watertight seal. This Microflashing® is Miami-Dade approved for use with QB2.
